Nutrilite - expensive urine?

Vitamin Supplements - Ask the Dietitian
The reason I said you would make expensive urine is your body absorbs about 15% from a vitamin supplement, assuming you don't have a deficiency for a particular nutrient. The rest is excreted in your urine.

Q: Are multivitamins helpful or harmful?

A: Depends on whether or not your diet contains enough food and variety to supply all the nutrients your body needs.

If you eat more than 1600 calories and a variety of food, you may be wasting your money and making some very expensive urine. Though, taking one multivitamin per day that has 100% of the Recommended Dietary Allowances for vitamins and minerals will not hurt you.

If you are consuming less than 1600 calories per day, you are not getting all the vitamins and minerals you need. In that case, I would suggest you take a multivitamin that has 100% of the RDA for all vitamins and minerals.
Also, I hate Ginseng. Now I know why. It kills sleep and give a delusion of energy. I think it's for those poor sleep deprived IBO couples who are so tired to ...make love after attending all the seminars etc. And Ginseng gives them that much energy.

It is not really natural. Ask teenagers who consume energy drinks filled with ginseng on concerts. Being awake more than they should gives them a "high". Ginseng does exactly that. And yeah, XS is LOADED with it. Try going to an open and drink some XS. Plan will make sense ;)

I don't know about you but I rather get a full sleep. Also, I eat way more than 1600 calories and I'm fine. I’d rather eat well than pop pills.

Also, if you are deficient in some vitamin, taking that might be a good idea. Ask you doctor and get a test to make sure what are you deficient in, for God sake. Taking excess of vitamins is not good either. It may even kill ya! Or if you are lucky, you'll make some expensive urine.

It's funny how people become dietitian the moment they sign up. Dude, it’s some serious shit. Don't fuck around.
