No it is not within the rules. I would e-mail your concerns to webmaster@wwdb.com
I agree with anonymous! It is not allowed to run google ads to generate leads. I would definetly report that.

I love how people who do not have the guts or character to make it in the Quixtar biz can say its a scam or that no one makes $$$ except the guy @ the top. The system works if you work it. People screw up & suck in every biz, just look @ the people you work with. But, 99% of the time people just want a way to better their situation and find Quixtar to be a good option. If you have the character to stick it out and not Quit, it works & works well. Try quitting your job and see how much $$$ you make. Duh! I needed $$ to pay for a life threatening surgery for my child & came upon this biz. The people talked to me about what I wanted and HELPED me get it. Now my son is healthy and I no longer have to go to work everyday. 99% of america is broke! what are they doing about it? Sitting on a blog bashing people trying to better their situation. Have fun being broke...But don't go asking for a handout from us ask your government for a handout. Thats what most lazy people do and our country is going to hell in a hand basket. Freedom is not Free you must FIGHT! How are you fighting for your familys freedom in this economy? I am showing the plan!!!!!!!!! :) :)
