My business

Update: December went over $800 as well.

On month of November, I made $825, and this "half month" of December is looking over $600 now. Lets see how much write-off I get. I have expenses like domain name, software etc.

Btw I didn't listen any tapes, books or attended any functions. Heck, I didn't drive at all for this :D

Thinking of doing an MBA as well. I was thinking that I am getting real old, being 26 and still single. But met a friend last night at a Christmas party who is 38 and just got engaged. I better slow down and do some study first. My imaginary girlfriend is great any ways :D

New year resolution: Get studying. Any suggestions? MBA? Which field, marketing, finance? I have masters in Computer science. I have got it evaluated and its equivalent of Canadian Bachelors of Computer Science.

Mo,

I'm not sure an MBA carries as much prestige as it did about 5 or 10 years ago. I don't have my finger on the collge pulse anymore since I left the University setting for state government (even the clinic was in a medical school). I'd be careful with that one. Do some research. You will find your personal calling.

What I do know is that medical information security is a hot topic right now, at least in the circles I travel. You may have some skills that you don't consider that impressive that could possibly fit the bill for a company concerned with keeping private information private.

Keep in mind that Acxiom is in my home state, though, and it may just be important in this radius. Keep networking... go to those parties, keep playing squash, and always let people know what you're doing and that you're open to growing. That wiliey opponant on the squash field may just be hiring for someone with XYZ skill or is in a position to know what the "sweet spot" in employment is coming down the pike.

Good luck!

Oh.. as an aside, networking is a great way to meet chicks, too. No chick is interested in a guy who's just interested in picking up a chick. The same guy gets an interesting hobby and remains busy all the time becomes an illusive game. Make them hunt you in your own special way. You have nothing to worry about regarding girls.

Imaginary girlfriends have their own advantages. An imaginary girlfriend will never make you late for work or complain that she's not being appreciated enough! (grins) Go get em, tiger!

Ok tell me, should I work for getting a Laptop or a girlfriend?

Tell me why you can't do both, Mo! If you work on self improvement while keeping yourself open to the world around you, all kinds of good things can happen. There's no reason you can't have a laptop AND a girlfriend. Did you forget how to dream?

which one is more important?

Mo, only your heart can answer that question. I cannot answer it for you! You have the answer, just trust your soul. Whatever your soul says, follow it.. you don't need anyone else's approval. Only your own.

Well I guess that'd be girlfriend, unless it's MAC OSX, powerbook, with wireless card connected to airport (wireless router)), 17 inch.

LOL! The laptop would be cheaper, but it won't keep you warm at night! Go get em, tiger!

Now that I think about it, go for the laptop. What girl could resist 17 inches?

So, size matters? I dunno, 17 inches can't help in many positions. A person need long distance phone service from MCI too to talk to his partner while having 'open'
