What is a good business?
A business that does more good than harm is a good business. Many businesses harm, some more some less. E.g. Wal-mart. But in my opinion Wal-Mart does more good than harm.
Is Quixtar a good business?

No. The let AQMO's operate, which do only bad.
AQMO is only one thing. Quixtar didn't do many basic things that a franchiser do.
E.g. A franchiser tells you upfront how much profit you'll make in that particular location, they make sure you as a franchisee do. If you don't, they send their own personnel to show you how. They are concerned about theirs AND yours profits and their image.
Complain about a franchise. If it's valid, that franchisee will get fine.
Complain about IBO. Fell into deaf years.
