Amway Quixtar : Indians loosing self respect....

Amway Quixtar: Indians loosing self respect

This is what I am talking about. It's about time for us immigrants who come in US and are scammed mostly by our own country men to stand up and do something. As I heard, the practices in Indian LOS are way too bad. Why? Because we South Asians don't shout much. Perhaps it's in our blood to compromise or what?

Anyway, its about time. Say hello to my fellow blogger.

ell indian and Pakistani both are called indian. I'm glad to be called Paksitani.

I'll keep my nose out if indians give me the money they stole from me, Gala LOS and stuff. And oh yes, stop prospecting me in the malls. And trying to relate to me by even saying Islamic greetings in arabic! I never asked them to have their own identity and stop trying to relate to me. I guess I'm better than you ;)

What's your identity, dear anonymous, wanna tell me? If you are of your own father you'll tell me. I dare ya!

Dont trust any Indian stranger who approaches you with a smile and initiates a conversation.

Q* IBOs are mainly responsible for bad image of Indians.

I don't know how many of you guys were actually in amway and/or quixtar and did anything with it...

I was a core, committed IBO for a long time with it and coming from the Asian country you guys are talking about, I would love to share some of my personal opinions.

I was one of the guys who used to run around in malls and smile at everyone, trying to prospect people. I was the guy you should HATE...

Based on my personal experience, prospecting works. But it took me about 100 contacts to sponsor 1 guy, who would also quit within a month or two. If you are faring better than this, please go ahead.

At the open meeting I attended even emeralds and diamonds would agree you need 100 contacts a month to gain momentum. because you hope at least 1 out of those 100 would not be reading this blog site :-).

Not all Gala leaders are honest... it came to light only after 3 years of being in the business!

Many of them do not qualify anything right - they go platinum and then fall back to 4000 PV or 2500 PV and struggle there for 3 or 4 years. Then they find some other sucker who would go platinum in depth and then somehow get 2500 PV on the side. some of them never re-qualify. But as long as they do the A-B-C (association-books-CDs) they cannot quit. So they are in a money-losing MATRIX.

There are very few people who do it right.

To check if your upline is doing it right. Check out his numbers at functions - if he does not have at least 50 people consistently at functions and says he is a platinum, he ain't doing it right. If he does not fix it in a year, then you know not to listen to him.

There is something called "founders" - it means 12 out of 12 months. If someone did not go founders <anything>, be it platinum, emerald or diamond - they do not really make the BIG bucks they portray.

I got sucked into this at the IKEA in Elizabeth NJ when I first moved there in 2001. I wasted almost a year and got to know lots of fake uplines, downlines, and other IBOs who are not richer, just poorer. The IBO Indians recruit other Indians because they are familiar with the immigrant experience and exploit this to become friendly with them. They pretend as if they are a self-sustaining community and prey upon the dreams of thousands of other Indians and other immigrants to the US. Pathetic. The problem is that it is the Bill Britt and tape system that has created the system. The Quixtar company is more like a partner in crime. They sell products, but the deviousness is all in the groups and support systems.
